Our normal fishing charter runs for 6 hours depending on time of year. During the winter months fishing charters may start later in the day due to cold and icy conditions and end early if weather conditions make it unsafe for us to be out.

If we are forced to cancel our fishing charter due to bad weather conditions then the deposit is 100% refundable or maybe applied to a future fishing charter. If the trip is cancelled for any other reason then the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future fishing charter.

Normal start time is 7:30 am, we ask our clients to show up 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and a quick safety briefing before we fish. 

A deposit of $100.00 per boat is required to reserve your fishing charter.

No, each person fishing is required to purchase their own fishing license unless they are under the age of 16. 

Target fish change as the seasons change for the most part, that being said certain fish are just always around. Trout can be found in the fall right through into middle until end of spring. Salmon run is a fall run in the Niagara River. Bass and Walleye are always around. We never target fish out of season. Click HERE to get weekly fishing reports to help plan your trip.

You can keep your daily fish limit if you choose to. As a full time Charter Captain I try to practice catch and release or keeping partial limits of certain fish I like to eat as a way to preserve and give back to a fishery that has been so good to me. Any fish caught out of season will be quickly released unharmed. 

Absolutely, You don't have to be a pro. Captain Joe loves teaching new Anglers how to fish. Booking a charter is a great way to try out fishing for the first time without breaking the bank. Your provided all the gear and instruction you will need to have a successful outting.
